First-of-its-kind show, hosted by Coach RAC and Coach Ballgame and presented by Players Health, surprises youth baseball practices nationwide with skill-building, giveaways, signed memorabilia, and a life-changing day for kids and coaches — debuting June 2, 2026

Youth Inc., the digital media network and e-commerce marketplace founded by Greg Olsen, today announced Crashin’ Practice, a groundbreaking new series hosted by Coach RAC and Coach Ballgame, presented by Players Health, with special gifts from Under Armour and Academy Sports + Outdoors. Built around a nationwide nomination campaign that drew thousands of entries from all 50 states, the first-of-its-kind show debuts June 2, 2026 with one mission: bring the joy back to youth sports.

Without warning, Coach RAC and Coach Ballgame "crash" a youth practice somewhere in America — and from the moment they hit the field, everything changes. The kids light up seeing their favorite baseball stars, and the energy shifts instantly. Their excitement fuels a top tier practice packed with nicknames, creative drills, on-field contests, and a genuine focus on the wisdom of RAC and Ballgame. They're also rewarded with premium gear from our incredible partners, including signed memorabilia from professional stars. It's a day kids, parents, and coaches alike will never forget. They leave with new lesson plans, fresh coaching and parenting insights, and a powerful reminder of what really matters about sports. An unforgettable experience for the kids and coaches and a must-watch for everyone at home.

Crashin' Practice is exactly what youth sports needs right now — two coaches who remind the rest of us that sometimes you just need to let them loose and have fun. These kids are going to remember this for a long time.

At the heart of it all is Players Health, the presenting sponsor of Crashin’ Practice and a national leader in protecting the next generation of athletes. Together, Youth Inc. and Players Health are putting safety, well-being, and confidence at the center of every practice — making sure the joy of the game is matched by the care every young athlete deserves.

At Players Health, we believe every young athlete deserves to play in an environment that's safe, supported, and full of joy. Crashin' Practice captures exactly that — it's not just great content, it's a reminder of what youth sports are supposed to feel like. We're proud to stand behind a show that puts the whole athlete at the center.

Coach RAC — a former Washington Nationals signee, Savannah Bananas fan favorite, and one of baseball's biggest online personalities with over 3 million followers across platforms— has spent his career proving that elite baseball and pure entertainment aren't mutually exclusive. Coach Ballgame has built his reputation on something equally powerful: using baseball to teach life lessons and replace toxic youth sports culture with one centered on joy and personal growth. Together, they are the perfect duo for the moment. Their mission is simple: connect with the players, equip the coaches, and remind everyone watching why youth sports are worth fighting for.

These kids had the time of their life out there. The smiles were everywhere. What I loved most was seeing how much the Coaches and Parents got out of it as well. You could tell they’d never seen their kids having that much FUN on a baseball field before. It was just as much an education for the adults as it was a birthday party for the kids.

Walking into the practice and seeing the kids light up is what this is all about. We got to spend an afternoon together and hopefully leave behind something that lasts a lot longer.

Crashin’ Practice wouldn't be possible without its industry-leading partners. Under Armour outfits every athlete with premium cleats and gloves, while Academy Sports + Outdoors loads them up with a full gear haul — bats, shirts, sliding mitts, sweatshirts, and more. Together, the two brands are helping deliver moments young athletes — and their families — will remember for the rest of their lives. One kid put it best: “This is the best day of my life!”

Crashin’ Practice debuts June 2, 2026 across Youth Inc.'s digital and social platforms, with new episodes rolling out throughout the season as the crew takes the show on the road. This is bigger than a single practice — it's a movement. And the joy is back.
